How It Works :
A traveler joins a tour. The traveler may optionally donate (USD 5–20). The donation goes into a separate trust fund

Nature of Donation :
All donations are 100% voluntary
No tourist is ever required or pressured to donate. Donations are not linked to tour quality, services, or privileges. Donations are non-refundable once contribution of amount.

Tourists may donate any amount of their choice.
Donations may be made:
During the tour.
After completion of the tour.
Donation Collection Methods:
Donations may be collected through:
Cash (local or foreign currency, where legally permitted). Bank transfer to the Trust account. Digital payment platforms.
Donations are never added automatically to tour prices.
Use of Donations:
All collected donations are used solely for community welfare activities, including but not limited to:
Medical assistance for poor families.
Educational support for children.
Emergency relief (food, shelter).
Orphanage.
Livelihood and skill development projects.
Community-based tourism support initiatives.
Financial Transparency : To ensure accountability:
A separate bank account is maintained for the Trust. All donations are recorded with date and amount. Receipts are issued upon request. Annual Community Impact. Report is prepared. Financial records are available for internal and legal audits.
All donations comply with local laws and regulations.

Donor personal information is kept confidential. No donor data is shared with third parties. Donors may choose to remain anonymous. Photos or stories are shared only with consent.
